Appointment should be a show

If we set an appointment and the customer shows up a day early, the system should mark the appointment as a show. This would make our appointments show number a lot more accurate. A show is a show for the customer lead.

- Would you like the system to notify you when a customer shows up early, or is marking it as a show sufficient?

Shelby Parker customers will show up at whatever time they want. All shows should be notated if an appt was set previously.
