We would like the option to create appointments for other BDC / Sales Representative - this is very useful when team members are off / away.

Hi Shelby,
- We are transitioning from DealerSocket, where appointments can be created by any team member, regardless of assignment.
- We would like the ability for one team member to create an appointment on behalf of another individual. In DriveCentric, we can already impersonate another user for text and email communication; we are requesting similar functionality for appointment creation. If full impersonation is not available, we would at least need the ability to create an appointment for another team member while ensuring credit is assigned to the appropriate BDC.
- Regarding permissions and access, we would rely on DriveCentric to provide the necessary configuration or features to support this workflow. If an existing feature or permission setting can accommodate this need, please advise.
This capability is critical to our daily operations, and not having it would represent a step backward in our current process.

“Scheduling on behalf of” is a standard workflow in automotive BDC and sales departments, and not having this capability creates avoidable workarounds that break reporting, attribution, and the customer experience.
This is not only inefficient but also impacts reporting, credit assignments, and customer trust if they receive confirmations for times that are no longer valid
