To make sure we’re scoping this the right way, can you share where in DriveCentric you’re trying to mine appointments (a specific report, list, or workflow) and what you’re ultimately trying to do with the filtered results? Also, which exact statuses/outcomes do you need and how do you define each in your process (e.g., what’s the difference between a no-show vs. canceled vs. rescheduled for you)? And last one: do you only need to filter by the current/latest status, or do you also need to account for historical changes (like appointments that were rescheduled at any point)?
