It would be very helpful if a customer has an appointment in the system, the date and time for the appointment shows on the customer card somewhere instead of just the notes.

Hi Heather, thanks for the feedback!
Upcoming appointments will always appear in the "Planned" section at the top of the Customer Card Activity tab, and past appointments are available in the "Appts" section of "Past" on the activity timeline.
Are you hoping to display upcoming appointments in another location?

- Can you specify where on the customer card you would like the appointment details to be displayed?
- What specific appointment details (e.g., location, purpose, etc.) would you like to see on the customer card in addition to the date and time?
- Would you like this feature to be optional or should it be a standard feature on all customer cards?
