Appointment Counter on the Calendar Icon Should Reflect Total Appointments

This counter should reflect total appointments not appointments remaining. Or at very least make it an option under dealer preferences. This just makes one more step we need to do to see information we should be able to see at a glance

The appointments should be able to show all service appointments for sales that way they can properly work the service drive without having to have store data access.

Having this as an option would be ok, but our group actually finds it very helpful to just see the remaining appointments for the day as that is more what I need to know at a glance, but would not be opposed to having the ability to toggle.

- Would you prefer the default setting to show total appointments or should it be customizable for each user?
- How often do you need to see the total appointments at a glance during your daily operations?
- Are there specific scenarios where seeing the total appointments instead of remaining ones would significantly improve your workflow?

Shelby Parker1) default to show total appointments 2) all day every day, at any given moment I will be asked how many appointments we have and it would be nice to not have to close out of the customer profile I am working on to go click into the appointments to see the number. When that number reflected total Appointments, I could see it in the background. 3) either number does not improve our workflow because it doesn't tell us missed appointments, so it won't tell us we need to call them or anything
