Appointment confirmation would be a great addition to genius. Depending on when the appt is scheduled it would be beneficial to have an appointment reminder go out the day before an appt and have an appt confirmation go out the same day as an appt. It's a fact in this industry that show rates dramatically increase when appt reminders and confirmations are implemented. This could be done via email or text if a customer is opted in.
Ultimately you could leverage the results of this feature to market Drive Centric as an even higher converting CRM than it already is.
