Appointment confirmation texts at specific times

There should be an option to set specific times for the Ai to send confirmation texts for specific customers that only wish to be contacted at a certain time. I have had many customers that make an appointment and wish to be contacted for a confirmation at a specific time due to their work schedule or other activities they may have going on that day

Thanks for sharing this, Mark Anthony Zapata — totally hear you on how important timing can be for confirmations when customers have tight schedules. To make sure we’re thinking about this the right way, can I ask a couple quick clarifiers: would that “preferred confirmation time” be something you’d want saved as a standing preference on the customer, set on each individual appointment, or picked by your team as needed? And when a preferred time is set, should the confirmation go only at that time, or still send right away and then again at the preferred time? Lastly, if that preferred time is outside business hours (or the appointment gets created after that time has already passed), what should the system do—wait until the next allowed time, send immediately, or skip the automatic send?
