Appointment Board JUST for digital signage that doesn't change URL every 30 days

Courtesy Chevrolet has a TV in their showroom we manage as part of our digital signage service. On it is prominently displayed your "Appointment Board" (very nicely done!), updated throughout the day by reading the URL you supply. Every 30-35 days (seems to change each month??) the URL changes and we have to log in to your system, get the new URL, and cut/paste it into our digital signage system. I understand the security implications for this. However a few years ago with a different CRM we worked with them to make it a report that could be accessed, and not require a changing URL. Not saying this is ideal, but bottom line would like to have you put in place a way for us to access this without requiring logging in every 30-35 days. tx, Guy Tonti

- What specific security concerns do you foresee if the URL remains static?
