The app on my screen of my phone will not show the red dot in the top right of my icon as well as number of notifications. I only get the banner alerts and have confirmed in my settings that all notifications are on with my iPhone

Anything for a notification on what we need to handle as far as replies, leads, mentions. In essence, anything that would be on the left task bar of the desktop. There has been nothing for that red dot since we started using it.

Sorry you’re running into that, Jeff McDowell — I can see how confusing it is when you’re getting banners but no badge count on the app icon. To help us narrow this down: are you expecting the red badge/number for every notification, or only specific ones (like messages/leads/tasks)? Also, did badges ever work on this iPhone for DriveCentric, or have they never shown since you installed/started using the app? And lastly, do badge counts show up normally for other apps on your phone, or is it only DriveCentric that’s missing them?
