Anniversary tasks to populate on the actual anniversary date...

Currently the system is having upcoming anniversaries pop into the workque two weeks prior to the actual anniversary date. Under our previous CRM it would populate on the actual date and many customers would compliment my accuracy. Plus currently the way its set up it requires me to pause - go to another link to look up the date and then come back and edit to the actual date.

If you’re open to it, can you confirm whether you’d want anniversaries to appear only on the actual date, or still show up ahead of time but with the actual anniversary date clearly surfaced in the task?
