Always @Mention When Message is Ignored

When anyone clicks "Ignore" on a message, the salespeople on the deal and their team leader should automatically be notified with a mention or notification. A lot of messages are inadvertently ignored, and left untagged, leading to frustrated customers and salespeople.

AGREED! I've lost deals because of this.

Thank you for posting, Jack Johansing! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more context on how often this issue of messages being inadvertently ignored occurs?
- Are there specific scenarios where this issue is more prevalent?
- Would you find it helpful if there were additional confirmations or prompts before a message is ignored?

Shelby Parker thanks for asking!
- It's hard to say how often it happens, which is precisely the issue. We don't know how many ignored messages go unnoticed by the salesperson working the deal.
- Nothing specific I can point to offhand, but the worst instances are when a customer says "I'll take it! Can I pick it up today? " or "Call me please" lol those are way oversimplified but you get what I mean.
- ABSOLUTELY it would. An additional prompt that says "do you want to notify [Sales 1]?" would be amaaaaaazing. Maybe even a picklist of people you can notify based on their proximity to the deal, the same way suggested mentions come up on the mobile app. Thanks!
