Alternate Text Opt-In

As a user, I would like the default text opt-in that is required to include either the interested vehicle information or the trade-in vehicle to have a better chance of engaging the customer.
When an interested vehicle exists on an Open Deal, verbiage should be added to the default opt-in to reflect the interested vehicle.
- Hello {Customer First Name}, this is {User First and Last Name} with {Dealership Name}. Thank you for your interest in a {Vehicle Year} {Vehicle Make} (Vehicle Model}! May I communicate with you via text? Reply YES to confirm, or reply STOP at anytime to end. Msg & data rates may apply.
When a trade-in vehicle exists on an Open Deal AND no interested vehicle exists, verbiage should be added to the default opt-in to reflect the trade vehicle.
- Hello {Customer First Name}, this is {User First and Last Name} with {Dealership Name}. Thank you for your interest in receiving an offer on your {Vehicle Year} {Vehicle Make} (Vehicle Model}! May I communicate with you via text? Reply YES to confirm, or reply STOP at anytime to end. Msg & data rates may apply.

Would be great if there was a blank option so we can type what we would like , but customer still needs to opt in

many opt-ins are denied because of this very thing, I'd say it's quite important to address

This is definitely something I have also been struggling with. The user should have the ability to taylor the opt in text to the subject of the inquiry whether it be a specific vehicle, trade in value or promotion. Additionally, we have no ability to send a text over the phone app once the AI sends one. I am not certain as to why this is different from the desktop to the phone app.

Allow us the opportunity to send a custom text as an opt in text instead of just the generic one because when they respond to our text just saying " Please respond YES OR NO" I think people are thinking it is us typing this and more times than not just opting out because they do not like the way it comes across.

Great to hear your perspective, Dylan Storm! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide examples of the custom text messages you would like to send as opt-in texts?
- What specific elements of the current generic opt-in text do you believe are causing customers to opt out?
- Do you have any suggestions for how the opt-in text could be phrased to better engage your customers?

Partial Opt-In Text Customization

We need the ability to modify part of the opt-in text to a customer to better introduce ourselves or to better align our mesaging to the customer inquiry.
In the previous post there was a long explanation given about requirements for a second opt-in text. I am not arguing with those requirements here and I will add that post to the comments for all to read. However, I do not see why there cannot be partial customization as long as those requirements are also being met.
Patial customization would rightfully bridge the gap between compliance and a dealer's ability to more appropriately address thier customer.
When you study the AI tool, partial customization already is happening and you as a company seem OK with this. Thus, what is the difference if a human is typing that customization while Drive automatically sends the compliance messaging and still requiring opt-in?

Alternative opt in message for referrals. "Hey Customer, this is Johnny from Dealership! I just helped a friend of yours into a new vehicle. Is it okay if I text you?"
