Hey Jonathan! I confirmed with the team that this message is intended functionality that is hard coded and cannot be changed. The reason for this is it helps with deliverability.
Being able to change this message or remove it completely would make an excellent feature request. You can add a feature request using the megaphone icon in the bottom left of DriveCentric and other users can upvote it!
what I don't understand is that none of my other colleagues here have that message at the end of their text. So my question is: Why me?

I do see in the video text the "Hope to hear from you" message
okay, so now I have figured out that when I send just a text w out a video link, that the "hope to hear from you soon " does not appear when sending a text to myself but DOES appear when it is a video text message. So this still doesn't make sense.

Correct! This will be current functionality of the system to include that message with every video text that is sent.

We are being asked to send many more video texts going forward, so yes, this 'footer' message MAY be applicable once in a while, but I would prefer to be able to send my own personalized msg along w the vid of me and the vehicle. We probably send twice as many text msgs vs text vid messages, but with that said, my goal and my teams goal is to send 10-15 vid texts a day, and this 'general' footer is many times not flowing w what im saying in the vid, or in typed word. Let us be in charge of what should be said in the vid text.
