Allow manual adjustment of lead notifications

Currently, a customer contact (phone call, email, text, or video) must be made in order to remove the new lead alerts on the sidebar. There are many situations where contacting the customer is not appropriate, and asking us to log contacts that didn't happen is obviously not a reasonable solution. Please allow for manual removal of lead alerts, without the need for customer contact.

Thanks for posting this, Adam Miller — really appreciate you calling it out. Totally hear you on the workflow friction here, especially when reaching out isn’t appropriate and you shouldn’t have to log contacts that didn’t happen just to clear an alert. I’m sharing this with the team so we can review options for allowing manual dismissal of new lead notifications, and I’ll follow up if we need any additional context from your side.
