Allow Manager Notes on a Phone Call

Would it be possible to add a manager notes and/or a manual score function in the Call Log? Basically just extra lockable fields that allow managers/admin to comment on the calls themselves (as opposed to notes left after that could be about the customer). Ideally would love to be able to pull reports based on the scores

Hi Courtney Burgess ! This is an interesting idea. A few questions for you:
1. What sort of workflow are you thinking about using this for?
2. Are you reviewing calls that your team has made and making notes for reviewing with them later?
3. Do you want these notes to be only visible to you or do you want your sales team to see them as well?
