Currently if more than one customer has the same phone number the Genius self fires. The issue with that is for stores that get multiple leads with valid emails, but the customer doesn't want to provide a valid phone number. These customers will often use the phone number of the store as a place holder and the Genius will self fire. Those customers actually need the AI to work them through email because we have no other way to reach them. Can we get a setting where a store can determine what parameters the AI self fires or continues to work?
