Please create another Sold Status option in Business Rules to consider the "Sold - Sold" deals. Currently, you have the option of choosing:

When you create Sold - General follow-up, that will run for "Sold - Sold" deals, but it also runs for the other Sold Statuses you choose. Meaning, you could mark a deal as "Sold - Order" and want that follow-up top run, it would run along with the "General" follow-up (if anything is scheduled).

If you do not create business rules in the "Sold - General" section, then no rules will run for deals that are marked as "Sold - Sold".
