"I just shot you a video." Set's off SPAM alarms and has caused our open rate to plummet.

Rodney Zimmerman Thank you for the feature request! This is already possible. On the Mobile app and Desktop, you can shoot a video (or select a pre-recorded video) and once you get to the final screen, you'll be able to edit the body of the message! Thank you again for the feature request and have a great day!

Your system admin can modify that under store settings

I always change it to "Glenn from Honda has sent a video message to you."

We can manually edit the individual messages but we can not edit (customize) the template that says " I just shot a video for you. We have a videographer that sends videos in bulk to customers that have expressed interest in an incoming vehicle once the unit arrives. It's incredibly time consuming for them to individually type out 30-40 text messages after shooting a video. A simple enhancement allowing the dealer to set the template message would help out open rate dramatically.

Rodney Zimmerman Thank you for the feature request! This is already possible, users can edit the message that's included with the Video that is sent to a customer via Text and Email. Are you not able to do this? Thank you!

Agreed.....we also need to be able to on the MOBILE APP IMPERSONATE the BDC agent since we are sending videos out via a videoagrapher

Hello Rodney Zimmerman! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific text would you prefer to use in the video message to avoid triggering spam filters?
- Have you noticed any particular phrases or words that consistently trigger spam alarms?
- How important is the ability to customize video text messages for your dealership's communication strategy?
