AIM: Show All Conversations in Customer Card

AI Interaction with a customer with no open deal or even with an open deal may not always show in the customer profile. sometimes it shows the AIM follow up in the notes section. sometimes it does not. Sometimes it will show in the conversation tab. and sometimes you will get a notification via mobile showing the customer replied to the AI and its unable to be seen at all in the lead. how can we better monitor this?
