Currently it looks like AIM is not able to pull numbers from Private offers and share that with the customer. This would be better to offer "you have a private offer for up to $3000 towards the purchase of a new vehicle" rather than "you have a private offer. Are you interested?"

- What specific information or data points from the Private offers would you like to be included in the communication to customers?
- How frequently do you anticipate these Private offer updates should be communicated to the customers?
- Are there any specific conditions or criteria that should trigger the sharing of these Private offer details with customers?

Shelby Parker 1. I think the highest amount possible the customer may receive should be included (dollar amount)
- Private offers are usually good quarterly so I would say at least that frequently.
- No. I think that "up to" phrasing with the highest amount possible and "specific new ford vehicles" would be appropriate.
