- What’s the main goal for enabling AIM messaging on Sundays (e.g., respond to inbound customer messages, send outbound follow-ups/campaigns, or both)?
- Is this needed for all users/teams at your dealership, or only specific roles/locations?
- When AIM messaging is not available on Sundays today, what problem does it cause for you (what are you unable to do or what happens instead)?
