AIM messages pushing for people to schedule an appointment needlessly

AIM messages have started asking people who bought a car from us "If you're thinking about coming by, is there a time that works well for you to visit the store?". This is entirely unprompted and unnecessary. The customer replied and she doubled down and asked "Would you like to schedule a time to visit the store?" This is extremely odd and inhuman behavior that is pestering and upsetting customers. This is the 3rd message this morning I've seen Eve try pushing people to schedule an appointment for no reason.
