AIM ignoring customer telling a customer they live nowhere nearby to come in for an oil change

Seattle customer 300 miles away was messaged to come in for an oil change, and the customer told AIM they live in Seattle, but AIM ignored what was said and invited them to come by. The customer said a second time they can't come to Spokane for an oil change and AIM ignored it again and asked them to come by.
This is money well spent as you continue to upset hundreds of service customers for us.

Hiya Bryce, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific improvements would you like to see in the AIM's response to customer location information?
- How often do you encounter similar issues with AIM's customer interactions?
- Are there any additional features you believe would enhance AIM's ability to handle customer location data effectively?

Shelby Parker Using A.I. to parse these forums is insulting to those of us taking the time to write up these responses. Using A.I. to QA A.I. is so insane and unethical. Your whole system is flawed and will continue to be if you don't put real people on solving problems and responding TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS.
