AIM creating leads from bad conversations

AIM is creating leads despite the customer only replying that they don't have the car anymore. Not even a conversation. Not even a mention of interest in something new. Now my sales team has to grab a lead that is worthless, bother a customer who clearly has no reason to be contact, do the required video that must accompany all new leads, then have it Dead and kill our stats. This is an absolutely worthless system that is wasting customers time, managers times, and salespeople's time.

Hey Bryce, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria should be used to determine whether a conversation is valuable enough to create a lead?
- How frequently does this issue occur, and does it affect a significant portion of your leads?
- Are there any specific keywords or phrases that should prevent a lead from being created?

Shelby Parker A conversation is more than a single reply from a customer. Full stop. Wasting the teams time by generating a lead for people who reply 1 singular sentence that is usually not a sentence that is a confirmation of interest.
