AIM conversations arent displaying in notifications once Genius replies, so we have no idea a conversation happened.

AIM sends someone a message, the customer replies and the notification pops up like a normal unreplied to Genius message. However once the Genius replies that notification goes away as if it was replied to like a normal salesperson. This is not consistent with other Genius correspondence.
This is a MAJOR problem because the Genius will tell customers "I'll have a service advisor follow up" or "Ill have your salesperson reach out" etc. AND THEN DOESNT DO ANYTHING OR NOTIFY ANYONE.
Terrible programming, and I'm sick of beta testing a product you've sold us as ready.
