the AI assistant is useful for certain things but once a human enters the chat she needs to have the ability to be toggled off. my customers are getting double and triple texts leading to Opting out of communication. maybe add a toggle where it can be turned on and off...

Thanks for posting this, Sabrina Drager — and sorry you’re running into the double/triple texts. Totally hear how disruptive that is (and the opt-outs are the last thing you want). We’ve shared this with the team to review, and if you’re open to it, a quick example of when a human takes over but the AI still sends messages (plus any steps to reproduce) would really help us dig in and assess the best fix, including a toggle to turn the assistant off.
