AI Assistant should not be allowed to message once a human has engaged with a client. It is a negative and confusing experience to have two different entities texting you at the same time.

- What specific negative experiences have clients reported when both AI and human agents are messaging them?
- Would you prefer the AI to stop messaging immediately when a human engages, or should there be a delay before the AI stops?

Shelby Parker this is extremely common for almost everyone at our dealer. She interferes while we are actively communicating with someone. The AI should stop immediately once human has engaged, AI should only contact again if human has not after 72 hours?
