When the Genius is on and she emails a customer and gets a response then when either management or our sales specialists start emailing most of our emails will go to Spam including when managers send the desking proposal but Geniuses emails will still go into the customers inbox and they receive hers. We constantly have to have customers check their spam folder for our emails. Can you figure out a way to fix this issue it has also happened a few times with Text messages if the customer is not using an android phone. It is almost like the system is made to allow the genius messages to go through but not allow ours.
