AI emails go through to the customers but most of ours after hers will go to Spam

When the Genius is on and she emails a customer and gets a response then when either management or our sales specialists start emailing most of our emails will go to Spam including when managers send the desking proposal but Geniuses emails will still go into the customers inbox and they receive hers. We constantly have to have customers check their spam folder for our emails. Can you figure out a way to fix this issue it has also happened a few times with Text messages if the customer is not using an android phone. It is almost like the system is made to allow the genius messages to go through but not allow ours.

A few quick questions so we can narrow down what’s happening: when your team’s emails start landing in spam after a Genius message, is it across all customers or mainly specific email providers (Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo, etc.)? Also, are those spammed emails coming from the same “From” address/domain as the Genius emails, or are they being sent from different sender addresses (individual manager/sales emails vs a shared address)? And on the texting side, when you say it’s happened a few times on non-Android phones, do you mean the texts aren’t delivered at all, are delayed, or are delivered but filtered/silenced—and is it only on iPhones or other devices too?
