Is it possible to AI to detect when associates are typing? It is currently available as chat bubbles within the store, but we have had this happen quite a few times.

Good one! It makes more sense for the dealer representative to send correspondence, not AI. I could see this usage of AI if there isn't a dealer representative to correspond.

When someone is typing in this screen, chat bubbles pop up - so if two people are typing, we both dont send messages. The instance above, I was typing as her and we both sent messages - mine being first. If a message is in the text box by a human, could the AI be automatically killed in the moment?
