Shelby Parker Thank you for getting back to me. A note from Ava (my AI's name) posted on the customer card that summarizes the customer and employee interaction within the past 48 hours will allow for a seamless communication between us and the customer. This will give us a snapshot of the communications and can quickly answer questions or follow up. Example: "Customer is interested in stock XXXX, mentioned she lives in La Puenta and has availability to come in on Saturday, appointment was not generated"
