AI counter acting my response to customer, not helpful - Please address!

AI emailed after I reached out to say that a salesperson would follow up to confirm the vehicles availability. I sold the car and had emailed the customer the day before already letting them know the situation. This assist is very counter intuitive and is not representing us well to the client when we are constantly backtracking information and we can't stop her response. It's very frustrating because the customer may not see my response now or question my reply. Please address this asap!!! AI needs to pigtail off of our convo with customer, not the other way around.
