I would like to be able to impersonate the AI assistant. Some people open her emails or text but never open mine. For instance, my customer B B. They been communicating with AI but have not opened my emails at all. If I could impersonate. I could tell them to check the emails because the sales associate I reffered them to has contacted them.

Shelby Parker I would like to have AI send a text/email with our personal contact info for the customer to contact us. Or for us to be able to impersonate the AI email/text number to tell them that the agent (me) has sent them an email/text and they should look for it.
