Thanks for raising this, Scott Bice — totally get why after-hours “up for grabs” alerts would be important for your reps. To make sure we’re scoping this the right way, can you clarify what “after hours” means for your team (outside store hours vs. outside a rep’s shift, weekends/holidays, etc.)? Also, which new leads should qualify as “up for grabs” and trigger the notification (any unassigned lead, a specific status/queue, certain sources)? And lastly, who should get the alert (all reps vs. an after-hours rotation/specific group), and what should they be able to do from it—like claim the lead right from the notification?

Shelby Parker So basically I would like the Sales Representatives to get notified 24/7, 365 when a new lead comes in and is up for grabs. Sales Managers don't necessarily need to be notified. But, the Sales Representatives want to reach out when we are closed, so they need a push notification when a new lead comes in.
