Admin Access to Reset MFA

I would like to propose adding a feature that allows administrators to reset users' MFA APP credentials. Currently, when users replace their phones, they are locked out of their accounts until we contact support. This delay prevents them from logging in and starting their workday efficiently.
Implementing this feature would greatly improve user experience and reduce downtime.
