Additional Email Functionality - Resend, Reply, Forward

It would be helpful to have additional functionality with previously sent emails - resend, reply, and forward. This is helpful for when customers report not receiving them or they need it resent. Currently, following up on outgoing emails requires creating a new email, but having additional functionality would streamline conversations by keeping emails together.

So anytime I send a video to an incorrect email, There kind of is no way to redirect it to the correct email. So I think it would be a good idea to be able to forward either the entire email or re send it to the correct email or text

Shelby Parker We used to use a platform called Snap Cell previously, Once the video was sent. It would kind of save the video in a log per say, There would be a link that could also be copied and pasted into a text or another email.

Reply Option from Outgoing Email

Current State: No reply option from an outgoing (only) email. If I want to follow up on an email to a customer that has not responded, we have to create a new email.
Future State: Reply option from an outgoing email. I want to be able to follow up with my customer without having to create a brand new email, but rather reply and the emails remain together as part of a conversation.

- I would like to be able to follow up with my customer from the last email they received from me, rather than them receiving 2 completely separate and unlinked emails.
- I would like for the conversation to remain present, being able to have the ability to reference the previous email because it is on the same chain. The same functionalities as when a customer replies, and I can hit "reply" from their email.
- As of right now, I have 61 customers that I could use this feature on.

Much need when working with couples, sending a quote to the Mr and it was supposed to be the Mrs. or visa versa. Forward allows to resend and not having to create a whole need email to send

If a customer says they didn't get an email and we want to resend it there is no button to "FORWARD" the email to them.

The sad part is we used to be able to do this if we sent by email. We opened the video and saved the link. DC took this away. Please give it back. it is such an incredible waste of my time and client frustration to have your app not work and send broken links and more.
