Additional Email Functionality - Resend, Reply, Forward

It would be helpful to have additional functionality with previously sent emails - resend, reply, and forward. This is helpful for when customers report not receiving them or they need it resent. Currently, following up on outgoing emails requires creating a new email, but having additional functionality would streamline conversations by keeping emails together.

I had a customer yesterday that was requesting information. I had previously sent an email with the requested information; however, the system did not allow me to forward. I had to copy and redraft the email again.
By allowing emails to be forwarded or resent, we can save time, and remove extra steps to get the customers the information they are needing.

I agree - mobile app should include functionality to respond to an existing email thread. This is currently possible in the web app by clicking reply on an existing email chain, but is not available in mobile. It is also possible in the mobile app ONLY when a conversation has not been replied, and hasn't been ignored, and is sitting in the conversations tab.
We should not need our Product Advisors to create a new thread if needing to send an additional response on an existing email thread by mobile, and it should still include previous conversation so a client (or our product advisor) has easy access to previously submitted information.

1) The ability to forward to resend a message to be modified like most email platforms.

We need the ability to Forward emails from our CRM. I have seen other feature requests from other dealers get denied. I believe we have enough want for this to be added as a change. This is basic functionality of emailing. We need to open, reply, and forward emails.

So anytime I send a video to an incorrect email, There kind of is no way to redirect it to the correct email. So I think it would be a good idea to be able to forward either the entire email or re send it to the correct email or text

Shelby Parker We used to use a platform called Snap Cell previously, Once the video was sent. It would kind of save the video in a log per say, There would be a link that could also be copied and pasted into a text or another email.
