And when something is sent to wholesale, should “Wholesale” replace the Sold/Sold & Delivered status, or sit alongside it as an additional indicator? Lastly, what’s the main outcome you’re aiming for here (e.g., avoiding follow-ups, cleaner reporting, or just making it clearer for the team)?
