ability to add a vehicle into the garage of a spouse or partner that may not have been on the financing but is the primary driver of the vehicle.

- show an alert that the vehicle is in the garage of "this person". have the ability to toggle between the "people" wtih ownership. have the ability to override and add it or delete it from the previous owner.
- a notification should given and the option to add or delete.
- no need to notify the original owner. when a vehicle is seen for sale on the open market it would be nice if the system automatically removed the vehicle from the previous owners garage.
