Adding text/notes/email body to a forwarded email

We need to be able to add a note/text when forwarding an email. Forwarding a previous email could be a good way to reengage with a client, but without being able to add text, it minimizes the effectiveness and it a glaring MISS in this system's functionality.

Not being able to add a note/body when forwarding makes that re-engagement workflow a lot less effective, and I can see why that feels like a big miss.
