We used to use vin solutions before drive centric, there is one feature from vin that I believe could be very useful. When a lead came in for a new customer there was a list of linked social accounts to the email and phone number they submitted the lead with. You could click right in and go to the customers Facebook for example and see who they are, where they are from, and things about them that would generally help build repore and find common ground.
