Adding folders/ albums to video library

As we get into using Drivecentric I have noticed there is no way to organize your video library. With videos being a key feature many will use and use often I know in time it will get hard to keep track of key videos. I would love to be able to organize my videos according to needs. For example Canned clips that are constant( Intro, appointment confirmations and the like) and Isolate into a separate folder in my library customer specific, informative and so on.
Would this be something you would consider adding to your platform to help us stay organized spend less time locating videos down the road and getting us back to helping our customers.

Thank you for posting, Jackie Nagel! I have a few more questions for you:
- How do you currently categorize or organize your videos outside of DriveCentric, if at all?
- What specific categories or folders would be most beneficial for your video organization needs?
- How frequently do you update or add new videos to your library?

Shelby Parker On my personal phone I albums to separate personal videos from the dealership. So nothing crazy right now, however with videos becoming more of a core focus now I can see in time it can get hard to manage them all. My thought was even if we had the ability to add our own albums and label them the way that works for each person ( much like all smartphones and we can manually add each video into albums created).
currently Im adding a few videos per day, now my numbers are off because I had some problems with connectivity and videos going missing. I believe that is now resolved and I just need to add them.
Just as an example a album for canned videos ( intro, walk arounds, delivery ect), monthly promo, appointment confirmations, personalized walk arounds and so on.
I don't know how hard it would be to add a " create album" button and then each person can organize it in a way that works best for themselves and their position.
