Adding filters

It would be nice to filter through workplans similar to the mining. Being able to filted by store, current stage, deal date created, and latest attempt would be huge. Working at multiple store locations it makes mining impossible to use, so I rely on the workplan heavy... All I can do is change the sorting, but then if I scroll too far down my computer will lag out from all the tasks/customer profiles.

Hello Mikayla Smith! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide examples of the specific filters you would find most useful when managing workplans?
- How frequently do you switch between different store locations, and how does this impact your workflow?
- What are the most common tasks or customer profiles you need to access quickly when using the workplan feature?

Shelby Parker the most helpful filters would be store, current stage, deal date created, and latest attempt. I keep 3 stores active at once all day long, it impacts my workflow because I can’t use mining. Being able to access unengaged vs engaged customers easily in the work plan is huge for me. I have 338 tasks currently and others on my team have 500 plus, customers get buried. If we could filter to only show customers generated from this month, or customers unengaged, or even filtering by how long it’s been since we last contacted, I know my workflow will be much more efficient. With my current work plan, it will lag so bad if I try scrolling to the bottom. Also the current columns sorting just doesn’t work with the amount of customers I have.
