Adding an Identifier in the customer card so we know whos phone number is whos

We would like to add something in the customer contact card to identify which phone numbers is whos. Many customers have more than one number, one of them could be the spouses number. Add a drop down option next to the phone number to allow us to put an open note in there, or have a list of options such as "spouses number" "second cell phone". I believe having an open note option - meaning we can free type in a text box next to the phone number in the customer card may be the best and easiest way to do it.
