adding a car
Dave Konnight
Do you have a customer at your desk and 8 out of 10 times they are looking at more than one vehicle. So I add them into the CRM if they end up buying the last car I showed them are anyone except the first one. When I print up my new car worksheet it prints the wrong car. When I delete the wrong cars if numbers were already ran my manager yells at me because he loses all of his numbers he just ran and has to start all over.

Hey Dave Konnight — really appreciate you spelling this out, and sorry you’re dealing with that (especially with manager numbers getting wiped). To make sure we’re solving the right thing, can I clarify a couple details? When you print the new car worksheet and there are multiple “interested” vehicles, which one should it pull by default (most recently added/viewed, one you explicitly mark as selected, or the one tied to the deal)? Also, do you need to keep multiple vehicles on the customer for reference, but have a single “primary/active” vehicle that drives the worksheet and the numbers? And when you delete the wrong vehicle, what exactly is getting lost that your manager needs (the desk/manager numbers that were already run, etc.)—and should those stay attached to the final vehicle instead of disappearing?
