Currently, if a customer has a form created after delivery that pulls in vehicle information, it pulls from the relevant VOI field; if you're on the customer card it won't pull anything, since there's no open deal. The salesperson has to go into the relevant DEAL in order to have that information pull in. There are two potential solutions to shorten this somewhat arbitrary and hard-to-remember clickpath:
1) Create a token for "Most Recently Delivered Vehicle" which just pulls the VOI from the sold deal with the most recent date.
2) Allow for multiple tokens to be pulled in, sequentially, until one manages to provide information that can be populated. In this case, it would first examine this hypothetical token would look at the token for VOI, and, finding it blank, would move on to the VOI of the most recently delivered deal.
The Document feature, in order to be useful, requires plentiful and accurate data transfer; investing in that will make a big difference for dealerships who rely heavily on that functionality.
