It would be great if we could have a field for gender. Sometimes, with all the foreigners names we have to deal with, is hard to know when to use Mrs. Ms. or Mr. to refer to a customer in an email or text message (I always call my customer, in a public communication, Mrs., Ms. or Mr., even if the customer is my son, sister-in-law or even my wife). With American names sometimes is confusing, too: Leslie, Robin, Kim, Sandy, etcetera. Thanks in advance...

This really needs to happened.... should have been throught of at inital rollout. If you don't remove suffix prior to pushing to DealerTrack, then you''' loose SSN and DOB when you correct last name.... this would have a been a much better UI upgrade than "New Desking"

We live in multicultural country. Many times, you can't assume the gender.

As well as senior or junior.

We need to be able to mark if a customer is a JR, SR, I, II, III & etc... currently it has to be added to the last time but that doesn't carry over to the credit site correctly and we don't need to miss correcting that and potentially throw a red flag on a customer...

I would love to be able to put a customers pronouns or title (mr, mrs, dr) on their customer card!
