Add the ability to schedule the send time of emails and texts

There is strong data supporting the assertion that the same email sent in certain windows of time have higher read, response, and click-through rates than when it is sent in other windows. Being able to target the time that our communications hit the customer's inbox or phone allows our staff to maximize productivity throughout the day without sacrificing those higher customer engagement rates. Please add the ability to draft emails and texts and then schedule the time that they'll go out.
Despite multiple instances of requests for this feature, and apparently broad support across many dealerships, there are multiple closed instances of this exact request. In the event that this request is also closed, I'd love to get a good explanation from @ShawnGoebel as to why this very useful feature is not a part of your technology suite (as opposed to the "this won't be happening" notes on previous requests for this feature).
Thank you!

Thanks for sharing this, Adam Miller — and I hear you on why scheduled send times matter for engagement and day-to-day workflow. This is really helpful context, especially with the history of prior requests. I’m looping this into our team’s review so we can take another look, and if we need any additional details from your side (like how you’d want scheduling to work for emails vs. texts), I’ll follow up.
