Add the ability to Mine for Service Invoices based on the spend amount on the RO

This request comes from a Sales Manager at Birchwood Chevrolet Buick GMC in Winnipeg. He'd like to have the ability to notified by DriveCentric when a customer's RO (service invoice) reaches a certain amount (in this case, $3000.00).
This would help them to potentially take in more trades, potentially solve issues for customers when their service ROs reach this amount (which could be problematic in some cases), and also help them to sell more pre-owned (or even new) vehicles.
