Add the ability to adjust the size of a Column

Any and all tabs that have rows of info, Would love the option to change the column width, as some of the columns are too big and vise versa.

- Can you provide specific examples of tabs where you find the column width to be problematic?
- Are there specific columns that you frequently find too big or too small?
- How would you like to control the column width? Would you prefer a manual adjustment option or an automatic adjustment based on the content?
