Add "Street Purchase" as a Lead Type Category

There should be a category to choose from in the customer card for "Street Purchase". Currently, we can only choose New, Used, or leave the vehicle type blank as "Other". With a Street Purchase category, we can measure how many leads we receive that want to sell their car, and we can create custom business rules and follow up campaigns designed for people wanting to sell their car rather than buy a car.

"Mark Purchased" Option for Street-Only Vehicle Acquisitions

As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, I’d like to request a "Mark Purchased" button in the CRM to track vehicles we purchase from customers who do not buy from us. This would help us: Track street purchases more accurately, Separate these from traditional sales, Improve inventory and follow-up management

Additional Dropdown Menu Request

Wondering if we could get a dropdown menu option for "acquired" or something similar when we purchase someone's vehicle. I just want to have something to mark the customer profile instead of "Sold" so it does not interfere with sales.

Trade Pending

Please have genius acknowledge that a customer submitting a leave via Trade Pending is trading their car, not selling their car. This is imoportant for 2 reasons. 1) I don't want to buy a 2010 Taurus with 200k miles (but I will trade for it).
2) I don't want to plant a seed for a customer that they can sell their car somewhere else when I've invested resources in getting them to my website to buy my car.

Hello David McLaughlin! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you clarify what information you would like to see in the customer profile when a vehicle is acquired?
- Would you like this 'acquired' status to trigger any specific actions or notifications within the system?
- Are there any other statuses you would like to have added to the dropdown menu in addition to 'acquired'?

Shelby Parker Hello! I don't want the status to trigger any actions or notifications, I kind of just want them to go into their own little bucket. That way I don't keep getting tasks. I guess actually, I would like automated communication to stop toward that customer. I don't need any specific information to be seen in the customer profile I just kind of want a place to put these profiles when we acquire the vehicle. No other status desired at this time!

In bound sold

We would like to remove pending and add inbound sold to the sales drop down
Shelby Parker
Thank you for posting, Dave Mitchell! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify what you mean by 'inbound sold'? How does it differ from the existing options in the sales drop down?
- What is the expected behavior when 'inbound sold' is selected from the sales drop down?
- Why do you want to remove 'pending' from the sales drop down? How is it currently being used and what issues are you facing with it?

Street Purchase Option for Sales
Jonathan Schultz
We still want to track and communicate to customers from whom we purchase vehicles, yet the only option is to "dead" the deal and mark it as a "dealer purchase" instead of "purchased" or other. Can we have a Sold\Other instead of Sold\New or Sold\Used? Marking it dead as a dealer purchase is the lazy option. We should be able to see monthly reporting on number of new sold, used sold, trade-ins, and purchases.
