Items such as driver’s licenses, VIN and mileage verification photos, trade documentation, insurance, and rebate qualifications are integral to both compliance and deal accuracy on the desk and management side.
Not having a way to store and easily retrieve these within the customer record creates a gap in our process. It introduces inefficiencies, increases the risk of errors, and ultimately forces our team to rely on external workarounds that defeat the purpose of having a centralized CRM.
